All of my friends deserve to be truly happy. I hope they find it, either with a significant other or alone.  

I wish I knew the right things to say to someone who is going through a difficult time in a relationship…but I don’t. I have almost no experience, and the experience I have was not depressing and barely mattered to me. (Okay, my love life is pathetic. I mean, the only dude I dated was a moron and I didn’t even like him towards the end. Everyone else I like never likes me back…or if they do, they never do anything about it. Lame.)

They will always see the best in me when I am at my ugliest, they always support me even when I’m being a huge moron and make no sense, they know when I’m scared and they tell me to buck up and grow up, they love me always, they give me advice and listen to every silly story I tell them, and we laugh constantly.  They can read me like a book, which is scary but awesome because I know that even if I try to hide something, they know what I’m really thinking.  

God knew who I needed in my life, and I’m so grateful He truly hand-picked friends who keep me sane and keep me smiling and who truly will never leave me.  

In this crazy, ridiculous world, I am so unbelievably grateful to have found even a handful of people who love me no matter what.  

If someone makes you feel worse about yourself, stop hanging out with them.  You are beautiful, and you need encouragement, not negativity.  I’m too negative, but my friends help me realize that negativity helps nothing.  It actually makes things worse and moods to get worse.  

- 2005 NYE @ Rachel’s house…sparkling grape juice, that silly picture of us that’s my favorite always, Painter was little and skinny, Terra wasn’t married, the basement was a different color with different carpet than it is now…

- going into Warner Bros. Records in Nashville with Maddie…it’s still so ridiculous to me.  I felt so cool, hahaha.

- the little boy who came into Dollar Zone every week and “asked” for a smiley face balloon.  He was about 2 or 3, and he loved balloons.  Every single week he’d come in and I’d blow up the balloon for him.  He had blonde hair and the sweetest smile.  Retail sucks, so if someone makes you smile, you usually remember it. What a sweetie, I hope he knows that someone thinks of him fondly.

- that one time I wore your jacket and sat outside on a porch.  It was awkward.  It was the beginning of spring, so the nights were still cool.  I was so nervous, and I barely said anything.  

- Blowing up a water balloon at my cousin’s birthday party and pretending it was my baby.  The day before I crushed my right hand.  

- dinner with Savannah’s fam and then Chuck episodes!

- OTH marathons by myself, lol

- cookout @ Kelly’s moms house with a bunch of my friends :)

- baby Alice!!

- allergies from the devil himself, ughhhh.  my throat feels like it’s on fire and my head is THROBBING.

- chili because it was cold-ish outside :)

- lesson plans for the lessons I’m teaching this week

- TPA writing, ughhh…I’m so over it already, haha

- swimming and dinner with the whole family (minus my oldest brother + his fam)

overall, it was pretty fantastic.  I kind of don’t want to go to school tomorrow, but I also really miss those kiddos, hahaha.
